Since moving to Dubai in 2001, Anthony has continued to refine his unique style of New York hospitality, delighting guests from across Dubai, the Middle East and beyond.
With over 20 years of experience in the food, beverage and hospitality industry, Anthony strives to provide each and every guest with a simply delightful dining experience. He goes the extra mile to ensure that his staff works together as a cohesive unit, with his strong interpersonal and team-building skills. This cohesiveness results in a seamless dining experience for the guest; one that’s unparalleled and unmatched.
Since December 2013, Anthony has served as the general manager at Jumeirah’s P&B Smokehouse, which is renowned for delivering a uniquely American dining experience to its guests.
Prior to working at the P&B Smokehouse, Anthony served as the manager of the Patiala Restaurant and as the general manager of the Gramercy Restaurant DIFC in Dubai’s UAE Financial Center. In addition, he has also served as the food and beverage manager at Jumeirah Golf Estates. Anthony held a similar position with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
In addition to holding an Associates Degree in hotel, motel and restaurant management from Nassau Community College, Anthony Soethout also holds a number of certificates from Cornell University.
